All of the gathered data is centralised and stored in the databases of Enkronos Apps.
An owner/you can access this data on demand in two possible ways (The owner of the data is the creator of the content in Enkronos Apps):
- You can create various reports that obtain specific data depending on the report type. There are different reports per application. All reports come in the XLSX format (Examples: All user data from Users->List, All Swee location event participants, etc…).
- You can obtain data directly from the Enkronos RESTful API. This method requires an application integration [LINK: How to create an application integration] and with it you can obtain everything that your account owns. While the report generation is limited, the API integration is not and you can specify exactly what data you wish to export.
